However, once delivery is made and you are unhappy with your arrangement, we offer a refund of 20% off your purchase value. Refund will be made in the form of store credit or voucher. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, reason of refund (provide photos if necessary) and your refund form (store credit or voucher) and we’d be happy to assist you further.
Unfortunately, we do not offer return or exchanges of our arrangements at the moment.
