How do I make an order?

You can visit our website, www.wearefle.com and browse our products. Then, add to cart, fill up your details and checkout your order

Do you have a cut-off time for orders?

Yes, we do. Our cut-off time for orders is 4PM to qualify for next-day delivery

Can I change the details of my order (name, delivery address or mobile number)?

Yes, you can. Just message us at IG or FB, or email at hello@wearefle.com with your order ID 24 hours before your slotted delivery with the changes that you require us to make.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, online bank transfer (FPX) and also Grabpay.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Just message us at IG or FB, or email at hello@wearefle.com with your order ID 24 hours before your slotted delivery to cancel it. Your amount will be refunded via store credit or voucher

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do. We offer a 20% refund of your purchase value in the form of store credits or voucher. Email us at hello@wearefle.com with your order ID and reason for refund.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to major areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. More areas are coming soon.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free delivery for areas within 3KM of our flè HQ in Bangsar. For other areas, delivery fee will be calculated during checkout.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No, we do not offer same-day delivery at the moment. Our deliveries are all on a next-day basis.

What is your cut-off time for next-day delivery?

Our cut-off time for next-day delivery is 4PM for next-day delivery.

Can I choose my delivery slots?

Yes, you can. You may choose to have your flowers delivered between 10AM - 1PM or 2PM to 5PM.

What are your delivery days?

We deliver every Monday to Friday. We do not offer delivery on weekends and public holidays.

Must my recipient be present to accept the delivery?

For a fast and smooth delivery, we highly advise that your recipient be present to accept the flowers. Please note that delivery will only be attempted once and flowers will be sent back to our flè HQ if unsuccessful.To request for redelivery, a separate fee will be charged depending on the location and condition of the flowers. No replacement flowers will be delivered if the flowers are wilted after being sent back to us.

Are the flowers fresh?

All of our bouquets are made to order right before delivery to assure its freshness and quality.

Can I choose my flowers for my subscription?

We do not offer customisation for subscriptions. However, you may choose one of our predetermined themes for your flower subscription.

How do I pause my flower subscription?

To pause your flower subscription, email us at hello@wearefle.com with your order ID.
